Lance Gilden has proven himself to be a successful entrepreneur building multi-million-dollar businesses from start-up multiple times over the last 27 years.

From 1994 to 2018 he built a private wealth management business and had over three quarters of a billion dollars under management.

A family relationship provided Gilden the opportunity to join an existing firm as an independent manufacturer’s representative in 2015 serving window and door manufacturers, as well as the building material industry. After a couple of years, he became the principal of the company and has headed his own agency with a partner and has more than tripled the manufacturers he represents.

Gilden holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University in New York. His Bachelor of Arts degree is from the State University of New York at Albany where he did a double major in Business Administration and Psychology.

He is also involved in multiple leadership positions with various nonprofit organizations.
